Kim Bui, MS, BCBA, LBA
Ms. Kim Bui is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and the founder of Empower Movement ABA. She brings extensive clinical experience in behavioral assessment, intervention, professional training, and community advocacy, with a strong focus on ethical, neurodiversity-affirming care.
She is dedicated to bridging gaps in special needs resources between the United States and Vietnam, while empowering families and professionals through education, collaboration, and culturally responsive support.
